We provide Minecraft hosting, VPS, and related services with high uptime (99%) and 24/7 availability. Performance may vary.

03 Payments

• Payment must be completed before activation.
• No guaranteed refunds after delivery.
• Chargebacks = instant suspension/termination.

04 Allowed Usage

You are NOT allowed to:

• Use services for illegal activities.
• Run malware, DDoS tools, or harmful scripts.
• Abuse resources impacting other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access.

05 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account security. We are not liable for losses caused by weak passwords or misuse.

06 Uptime

We aim for 99% uptime. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

07 Suspension

We can suspend or terminate services for:

• Terms violation
• Payment issues
• Abuse or misuse

08 Data & Backups

Users must keep their own backups. NexaHostings is not responsible for data loss. And we are also not responsible for data loss of free or invite user.

09 Changes

Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
