01 Payment Requirements

Payment must be completed in full before server deployment or service activation begins.

02 Refund & Delivery Policy

Due to instant automated provisioning and reserved hardware CPU/RAM allocations, there are no guaranteed refunds after delivery of server hosting, VPS, or digital services.

Important: Please ensure you select the correct plan specifications (RAM, CPU, and Storage) before completing your payment.

03 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment app will result in:

Instant Suspension: Immediate termination of active server instances.
Account Blacklisting: Permanent ban from future purchases across NexaHostings services.
